Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs or local courier handling.
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Germany: 6–10 business days
- France: 7–10 business days
- Spain: 6–10 business days
- Italy: 8–12 business days
- Netherlands: 6–10 business days
Please note that for our Heritage: Jamaica Edition collection our delivery times vary. UK delivery times are specified under all our products. Delivery for the rest of the world is 2 weeks from your purchase date.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
Tracking updates may pause during international transit — this is normal and your order is still on its way.
For UK orders, tracking may update with Royal Mail or Evri once the parcel arrives locally.
Split Shipments
Some items may be shipped separately to ensure faster fulfilment. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Once dispatched, parcels are handled by our shipping partners. Delays during transit or customs processing can occasionally occur.
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund, in line with our refund policy.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
