Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
In these cases, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund if a replacement is unavailable
There is no need to return the item.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Delivery delays within the estimated timeframe
- Minor variations in colour, fabric texture, or fit
Lost Parcels
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Please note that parcels delayed within our stated delivery timeframes are not considered lost.
Important Notes
- Proof is required for all refund or replacement requests
- Refunds or replacements are limited to one per order
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved
International Orders
As orders are shipped internationally, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local courier handling.
Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
